This is an opportunity for Energy Raters and Home Performance Contractors to discuss and comment on proposed changes to the current Xcel Energy Home Performance with Energy Star program. The EEBC will be meeting with Xcel Energy program managers and staff the first week of April to present your comments and suggestions for changes.
