Selling Strategies and Scenario Thinking - "Life after Rebates" (4 hour class)

The energy efficiency industry is very dynamic - rapid changes in utility programs and government policy have a major impact on your business. Market transformation is happening every day. Tax credits, incentives and rebates change on a daily basis and influence consumer buying decisions requiring you to constantly adapt your company's selling strategies. Stay ahead of the game by learning new ways to capitalize on market opportunities by attending this 4-hour class and learn industry relevant selling strategies and techniques to identify and close more sales.

In addition, we are offering our Scenario Thinking class as part of our Selling Strategies class. Now, more than ever, it is critical to be able to quickly identify market threats and opportunities, and to ensure that your business is prepared to capitalize on future opportunities and to protect itself from potential threats. This class is intended to show you the basics of doing a scenario analysis for your business by examining the business, political, legal, and technological environment surrounding your business, indentifying key drivers and potential scenarios, and preparing for the effect these scenarios may have on your business.

The EEBC Selling Strategies and Scenario Thinking class is taught by Kurt Kizewski - President and Founder of HVAC Consulting and Shane Flansburg - Executive Director of the EEBC. Mr. Kizewski has over 25 years experience in the HVAC and energy efficiency industry and is currently a sales consultant working with contractors in HVAC and related industries. Mr. Flansburg has been the Executive Director of the EEBC since 2009, has an MBA from the University of Colorado, and specializes in scenario planning and issues affecting the energy efficiency industry.
