CORE Sustainability Scavenger Hunt

Join CORE members and friends for a scavenger hunt in downtown Denver to celebrate sustainable practices and enjoy some friendly competition. Teams will convene downtown and compete by completing sustainable activities around town. The event will be followed by a reception to share stories, laughter and prizes!

Sample team score card:

- Visiting a light rail station - 1 point
- Finding a LEED platinum building - 2 points
- Riding a B-cycle - 2 points
- Drinking an organic beer from Wynkoop Brewery- 5 points
- Talking to a business owner about their sustainability practices - 10 points
- Eating at a local food cart with sustainable packaging 7 points
- Exploring a community garden - 5 points
Total = 32 points

Teams will compete for gift certificates and a grand prize trophy! Prizes will be given for the team with the highest point value, greatest number of locations visited, most creativity, etc.

You can register as a team or an individual. Teams can be co-workers, colleagues or friends. Corporate teams are encouraged (great employee engagement opportunity!!). Full teams are 5-6, but you can register less than 5 and be placed with individuals on the day of the event. You may also register as an individual and be placed with a team. This will be a great chance to network!
